The motto for my practice is Be Love Be Well Be Whole. This short phrase captures the heart of my practice: relationships, mental health and wellness. It also brings awareness to the areas in life that influence our well-being. Awareness is a powerful tool for being able to be proactive about taking care of yourself as well as knowing when you need to focus more attention on one or more areas. Here are a few questions to help cultivate awareness.
Be Love: Radiate love from the inside out.
What do you love about yourself?
How do you love?
What type of partner do you want to be in your relationship?
What are your deal breakers?
Be Well: Caring for self is at the center of your well-being.
How do you take care of yourself?
What are your beliefs about mental health?
How can you be more proactive about your mental health?
Who is in your support system?
Be Whole: You are a complete being.
How do you honor your mind, body and spirit?
What experiences have helped to shape you?
Where do you feel stuck?
How much time are you spending outside?
I invite you to take a few daily moments to check in with yourself. You can also find weekly tips on Instagram at @NicoleLMFT12.
